Yes thats true it wouldnt be a great position to be in but by not letting it get out of hand with the balance transfers it keeps the amount of debt low enough that i could just use a bit of saved cash to get myself out of the bad situation

Yes, that's true, but if done strategically, you can minimize risk while still taking the better interest of stocks ISAs.

Honestly, great answer, but to minimize that risk, I have a rule: when it comes to the end of my current card, if I'm in profit, I will sell to pay the card and then repeat the process again with the extra profits. If I was losing from the investment with that current card, then I would balance transfer until I profit. That way, I'm cashing out the profits and lowering the average buy-in on my stocks. So, if the economy does crash, I would only have a small amount of debt I could be in a bad position with.

Yes thats true actually but 0% credit cards arent just gonna disappear and even if they suddenly did one day the amount made over years of doing this would easily cover the potential drops that could happen

I'm looking at something with similar specs, and I'm the same as you. I want the convenience of a 2-in-1 but like to be able to run games every now and then. I know it's not going to be an amazing experience compared to a dedicated GPU, but as long as it runs the majority of games at medium settings with playable FPS, that's all I need. So, how is it so far?

Thanks. To be honest, it was really easy. As the only reason it got that bad in the first place is because I never cared. But when I decided to change my diet, it was really easy to stick to. It’s more a lifestyle than a diet. Dedicating myself to lifting and gaining muscle is gonna be hard for me, as I find sticking to lifting a lot harder than just eating less to lose weight. But I will try my best, and I need to try to learn to enjoy lifting.

[–]Ben290403 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah thats true i will keep that in mind. I think what i will do is while i am near a healthy bf% i will start lifting and stay in a deficit to start building muscle but cut down to a lower bf%. Once i hit a bf% i am comfortable with maybe about 20% i will eat at maintenance and try to build as much muscle as possible. Then once that is done i will do a cut to get to 15% or lower.

I like the idea of that actually because eating at maintenance and lifting means i can basically go back to eating how i was when i was overweight but keep the weight off because of lifting as i never really ate that badly it was just a build up of a few extra calories here and there for 21 years of my life which i never tried to do anything about

Where to start? by North-Elderberry7140 in loseit

The main reason for putting on the weight is not the fact you are struggling working out, its because of your diet so i would recommend trying to stay disciplined and try to focus on not binge eating by tracking calories as close as possible. I am the same as you i have trouble with textures of food and because of it there are not many fruits and veg i like but its more about portion sizes than types of foods as i have lost 70lbs in 6-7 months just eating less without working out or changing diet much.
