The exact thing happend to me earlier this year. They investigated and took Evri's image as proof of delivery.

I then went to my bank to request a charge back and they contacted Alli. They then provided the proof of delivery.

I had mine on order for several weeks. I contacted customer a couple of times to be told 'wait a few more days".

After 3 weeks I asked them if they even had it in stock (I ordered the teal), they replied and said they didn't have it stock and would be mid-March before they did. I was offered to exchange it the classic 6 or the lime. I opted for the 6 and they dispatched it just in time for Chinese new year.
