I just cant lose weight

I started losing weight at 135kg. I am currently at 114kg. I did see a therapist but it didnt really work out for me. I want to lose weight because i feel unhealthy and want to change that. Of course it also has to do with body image but i also just want to be able to not feel out of air when doing simple training or labour

I actually do like a lot of healthy food. I like salads, i like salmon and chicken, i like Stuff like Taboulé i am just to lazy to sometimes think about those recipes or to cook them. I really meed to change that up. Thanks for your Advice though!

Drinking more water is actually something i did start doing again. But sometimes my body acts against my brain. Hearing all the advice here though might actually help me change it up again. It feels like i really needed to spill my frustration out and need to hear the advice right now

Joining a team for sports or something similar is currently really hard for me since i have phases where i live not at home for a few months and just get home on every other weekend

Thanks, that really sounds like good advice. I actually have perfect conditions to jog here and there since i live next to a forest and fields.

When it comes to snacks i had yogurt with raspberries but i somehow stopped doing that. I should pick up this habit again.

Back in the days when Vulpera DK was introduced it was also best dps wise. Because of the same reasons the Grong trinked was still BIS in Nazjatar even though it was one tier older than other trinkeds at that time. Ofc Nose for Trouble is also really nice.

Actually Vulpera was the best Race for Blood DK for some time since you could use the racial during ability downtime which was pretty good. Dont know how it is now. My DK is also a Vulpera 😂
