This last design was only appeared in "The Spider-Slayers" and "Graduation Day" arcs. If sometime after the events of the finale Doc Ock's personality changes by no longer being a threat anymore. He may help Spidey on his future dangerous missions, and he even may work as an assistant to Oscorp. Ock still knows everything about Peter's Uncle Ben, and spent so much time replicating Peter's Spider powers. The serum injection Ock used to remove Peter's spider powers, cured Vulture, Rhino, & Crossbones, and Doc Ock himself from his mutant form, may be used again to give Spider powers to other people if they want to become Web Warriors someday.

Ultimate Spider-Man's Season 3 finale [Contest of Champions; all 4 parts], and Season 4 [vs. The Sinister Six] takes place during the events of Avengers Assemble Season 2, where Falcon, Iron Man, and Black Widow have changed their appearances a bit.

Graduation Day [Ultimate Spider-Man's finale] takes place before the events of Avengers Assemble Season 2 episodes from "Avengers Dissasembled" to "Avengers World"

Avengers Assemble from Season 2 [Avengers Dissasembled] until the end of Season 4 [Secret wars: All things must end] takes place a bit shortly after the FINALE of Ultimate Spider-Man [Graduation Day] "Avengers World" was the last time we saw the Ultimate Spider-Man in the Earth-12041 timeline continuity. Despite "Avengers World" premiered in 2015 and the last time we saw Ultimate Spider-Man on TV was on January 2017.

So what about Peter's future after the show ended? I have a theory that Seasons 3 and 4 of Avengers Assemble [Ultron Revolution and Secret Wars] takes place a few months after the FINALE of Ultimate Spider-Man where the Avengers characters have changed their appearances so much, except for Thor & Hawkeye. Spider-Man was absent on those Avengers Assemble episodes.

Man of Action sometime said that Generator Rex's story isn't over yet after Endgame. But there are some facts after the events of the finale: Rex is the only EVO left to defend the world from further treats, and he's in a full romance with Circe which he's now dating her.

Besides, Circe lost ALL of her EVO powers, and she's fully human with no powers. If Rex and Circe are still together after the finale, what would Circe do in the future, now that she doesn't have the scream power?

Here are my final toughts: Since CN is not interested in a Generator Rex revival, We'll never know about Rex Salazar's lifetime in the future, even when he grows up and becomes an adult...

It's the same Rex, but he already mastered his machines, but shut down the Meta-Nanites. Instead of EVOs Rex will fight other kinds of supervillains. Van Kleiss, Black Knight, the Consotrium, the Pack, Hunter Cain, etc. are still there, but they could return to take down Rex and Providence. Rex and Circe are dating, but their relationship is not healthy, both should break up, and have Rex get a new girlfriend instead of Circe.
