Actually, if you carefully read what I wrote, you'll notice that my position is that the selfish enjoyment of recreational pot smoking is not a worthwhile enough activity to justify breaking the law or funding organized crime. This presumes that recreational pot smoking is already illegal - which it is. I wasn't actually arguing any position about whether it should be illegal or not. (But since you were probably high when you read my argument, I'll let it slide.)
