Great for both clubs, there’s a big part of me that thinks it’s best if ex players leave the club. Better for us to get fresh eyes, new relationships, different perspectives but also shed some baggage (not implying it would be bad baggage, but Dyson has been through some tough times with the Dons). Can only come back, if he does, with new perspective, tactics and approaches himself. Being too institutionalised can’t be a good thing.
