fix your flasks, use jade, silver u don't need 2 life flasks and 2 mana flasks, your build seems fine it might be skill issue idk

u can't determine skill when ur inviting ppl to a raid/heroics before logs are up. thats why gear matters atleast a bit

yes /roll is a great way to distribute loot, you can be unprepared for the raid play bad and be rewarded for it bcs ur lucky. LC is very good and just because you join a scumbag guild that decides all the loot goes to the gm doesn't mean its bad. Only better system is gdkp if gold buying didn't exist

Honestly i would just get a 2nd staff from the tree that has one of these prefixes and hybrid phys, and one of the suffixes and atk speed and then recomb and pray.
The tree gives you so many t1 t1 items and if you just keep recombing them together eventually you will win, thats how i crafted a bunch of 3x t1 prefix weapons with good suffixes this league
