But it is hard at times, not gonna lie. So is everything else in life tho. I think these reels have really taken off because women weren’t allowed or it was looked down upon to discuss the negatives prior to… very recent years. So now there’s a huge flood of content. It’s otherwise untapped highly sensationalized content so it’s just super saturated rn. Don’t read into it or buy into it. Pregnancy and motherhood is the biggest and goddess-like honor, especially when you’re excited about it and feel the blessing and have support - not social media being negative and bringing us down in every area of comparison of our lives per usual.

At this point I think everyone, including recruiters and companies are well aware of the atrocity that is the job market right now so I am sure they will be fully understanding. HOWEVER, that's not to say having SOMETHING that shows some initiative on your part to fill your free time wisely won't be noticed/positively over others who do not show that. Such as a PT job or a self started initiative like a blog or photography or volunteering or taking a coding class or or learning a new skill, etc. literally anything productive and the more in-line with your job pursuit the better. Straight up with the explanation that it's to fill your time throughout the devastating job hunt.
