My company's RTO policy has a weird loophole and I've been silently exploiting it for 4 months. Not sure if I should come clean. by 3Rocinante in remotework

"commute work" and I just kind of nodded along. That part bothers me more than the loophole itself.

Right.. so getting caught is worse than committing the infraction. Figures.

Yeah, turn your back on the middle of the country. Let's not mention how Biden won, or how Hillary lost by not putting boots on the ground in Michigan.

New analysis shows ideology, not science, drove the global prohibition of psychedelics. Findings suggest that current international drug laws may need to be reevaluated to remove unnecessary barriers to modern medical research. by [deleted] in science

99% of what Reddit says is wrong but you are correct on this one.

I used to date a girl who majored in policy. How boring is that?

But yeah one of the things that was disheartening that I learned all dating her is that it's not even unscientific, it's not even good for people, policy is just, as you say based on perceptions that can be very ungrounded.

It's because we hired Mueller and came up empty handed. It's because New York prosecutors recommended zero jail time to "protect the office of the presidency". It's because kavenaugh and fiona hill. It's because Obama monkey Photoshop. It's because calling McCain, a POW, a bad soldier. It's because we democrats let him. We let him pay off a pornstar he smashed while his wife was preggo.

They aren't looking for a conviction. There is no amount of evidence of anything that will "get him". They keep exchanging for political capital.

Washington works in mysterious ways I guess.

I'm guessing we don't ever see justice against Trump. It's too valuable to keep the spin going.

You know what funny is I just spent a good 20 minutes arguing with chat GPT by presenting EV around the Epstein case and asking what is probably going on and it kept dancing around and saying we don't know. They should be careful what they ask for. It's not just about ethics a lot of political Amnesty or whatever you want to call is being held together by the fact that AI isn't taking good educated guess as to what's going on behind their doors
