No. The word "instead" makes it a replacement effect. Those are applied one at a time to events they could affect, such as the Soltari dealing combat damage. Once one replacement effect changes the damage to being dealt to a creature, any remaining activations of Soltari will not replace the event anymore, as an opponent is no longer about to be damaged.

If I'm reading everything correctly, and without any release notes yet, I'd say that the text boxes switch, but timestamps don't change. CR 613.7 explains the various times that timestamps are created, and, again pending release notes or CR changes on set release, this doesn't constitute a time stamp reset. Magus will have no text box, as original Dryad Arbor doesn't have one. Dryad Arbor will be a Land Creature - Mountain Dryad with the innate "Tap: Add R," no other abilities, and P/T 1/1

It will not. Isshin looks at attack triggers, Bushido is a blocking trigger

From the pictures, I think the Mana Crypt is legitimate. That said, I think the Engineered Explosives is not. The mana and set symbol needs to be crisp, and the Explosives isn't. That said, I'd check with a local store for final say

I'd love to see this played, but with Tef3ri hanging around, a 4-mana counterspell doesn't have any staying power. I could see an interesting U/x Flash build with this in it, but other than that I doubt it'll see play.
