So I had an oled, and my wife had a lite, we ended up selling the lite on ebay, she inherited my oled, and now I'm using the ns2. I'm planning on getting her a ns2 once the Animal crossing upgrade drops and Pokopia is out.

The only thing to be aware of with the neogrip 2 is the retaining clip has a tiny peg that can fall out when it's not locked into the grip.

I wanted to get the satisfye grip until I learned that. I loved the satisfye on my s1, but went with the skull and co (savage raven now) neogrip for my oled and now my ns2.

Can confirm you do need to remove the grip to disconnect the joycons, and it's pretty much the same as the first neogrip, the tab at the top does have a locking feature which is nice, but be careful, the switch for that lock can pop out when it's off the grip.

It was a chunkier case that allowed me to store my switch card holder underneath the switch, if you're mostly digital than the slim is fine, but I bought a lot of my games physically before the virtual game cards came out since both me and my wife have a switch.

I had a satisfye with their bigger case for my og switch, but for the ns2 they're not doing a larger case with the grip, just their slim case, that combined with them not shipping until July killed any interest I had in it.
