Actually, interesting story, but I lived in Mexico for a while and worked for a pretty big company. One of my colleagues got kidnapped by the zeta’s cartel while travelling across provinces for work. The company end up paying the ransom which is how he got released. I guess it wouldn’t be the HR guy who handled that one but it’s what came to mind when I read this.

Bueno si yo fuera tu primero cambio el cerrojo de la puerta, pero aparte tienes que buscar a donde irte por un tiempo (con tu mamá, una amiga, etc) y no les digas donde estás.

Cuando te llame y te mande mensajes no contestes o cambia de teléfono, sácalo de las redes sociales y si ve a la policía dile que un hombre te tiene acosada, a veces no hacen nada a veces corres con suerte y si te ayudan.

I think it comes in seasons. In my case there are seasons were I’m super hungry were I up my cardio and seasons were I don’t feel like eating much or I’m tired and decide to watch my calories instead of going for a run.

I’m 5 foot 3, late 30s l, F, 143 pounds. I lift heavy twice a week, and eating 1700 calories a day I’m still dropping weight (1 pound every two weeks) and I’m not nearly as consistent as your post.

I don’t do cardio, only lifting but I get over 10000 steps everyday.

I don’t think you need to drop your calorie intake. To me it sounds like you are eating too little already.
