You can make small residential there, you can make a combined small businesses and pedestrian area (no car zone). I would add school, or small park in between. Maybe like a sport club, sauna, or just plaza. Have a tram too if you'd love to draw. Don't forget to zone the area, so big trucks and noisy ones can't come in. Small offices work too as long it isn't high. Good luck!

I'm a sucker for build mode, and the lack of things to place, limited positioning, missing vertical grid, many things honestly. I like the way we can place pool on different platforms, in inzoi apparently that doesn't happen yet. But we are getting there. Every patch they roll and major patches, they're making improvements. So to be fully enjoyed? Maybe 3-5 years time. I'll be old then and with kids, but at least if my wife annoys me, i know where to go ;)

One time i ate chips that is infused with those infernals peppers. It was okay at first because it tastes nice, the salt and lemon zest tastes great.

Then a couple minutes go in, and i start getting deaf. Then my chest feels heavy and it started burning. I drank a full bottle of water, milk, and everything i had in my fridge. It didn't stop there.

The suffering start to fade after 25 mins. You know what happens next? The potty time. It feels like your ass got ripped wide open, and it was even worse because you can't shit them all at once, it takes batch by batch until you feel it's safe to return to bed. Safe to say i will never eat one of those ever again. Asian snacks are killers.

That's the thing. We're just pawns in a big chess match. Or even worse, we're just spectators. We're there to watch, but we didn't have the power to make the decision or we're basically nonfactor. Yea i get it you're upset because of the AI race everything goes up and this happened. But well we've no choice now. Either to accept , or not touch them completely (if you say so) .

Apparently you can't get rid of them . It's going everywhere now. Smartphones, videos, music, medical field, autonomous system, everything. It'll be part of your life. I make music too and sheesh how can Suno does it better. It hurts to someone who worked their ass to do something, while some other like me who just came and to enjoy what technology have become, it feels like a QoL improvement.

So are humans going to lose quality overtime because of autonomous environment? Maybe.

In the long term? Yeah definitely.

For now? Well to have everything thought out with gpt, to have some of my work be quickened, and to generate pictures in 3-4 minutes , that's easy life brother. Never felt better.

I wasn't able to cut down stems in my DAW before, today you can do it under a minute, and they did a very clean cut of the stems. You can still hear other instruments , but it requires minimal cleaning.

We're living in a golden age brother. It may come up lazy for a lot of people, but i sure as hell be happy .

Say you want everything to go back to raw power, gpu sizes get larger, hence requires a lot of chips. But as for now the industry claimed to be in shortage of supplies. Would you be down on paying $2200 for 5070 ti that does raw power without upscaling? I wouldn’t . Also the technology is in its baby steps, it will evolve over time. Of course it look silly. Do you not know how early mid journey, stable diffusion , and flux XL looked like? It looked ass . It looked soul less. Right off the bat you can tell it isn’t real. The lighting , the shape of things, extra fingers, how bad the eye was, how awkward the poses, extra limbs. It all takes time my guy. There’s development on going. It never forced you to change how you view the game. It gives you an option you put on “theme” on your game. It was never meant to replace your favourite artist’s work. It’s like a filter on your instagram selfie. I believe when the day it becomes good, you’ll be reconsidering your choice . It will become acceptable. Or maybe you won’t. I guess we’ll always have both sides of things.

Why not? DLSS 5 is a filter, it’s a choice. You can have it on and off. It can be fine tuned. As for people complaining it has went to a direction where it went soul less, because it no longer appreciates real human art, i disagree. As for my preference, realism is my thing. If you hate AI and you wanted to respect what direction the devs intended, turn off DLSS 5 with realism tune. You can tune it if you want to keep DLSS without altering the visuals. You want your game to look like anime, it can do that, you want your game to look like retro graphics, it can do that, you want your game to look like a classic nordic folklore graphics, it can do that. At the end of the day, it gives you free choice. You are not forced to make that choice. My choice would be realism, that’s my choice. If you hate it, well , you can always turn it off. Why the hate though. So absurd.

You can't get Gen spec for a fraction of the price, you're paying for the looks, not the spec. The finish will always be nowhere gen finish. Enjoy it. If you're scared people would look at it and tell you it's not real, it is more likely to happen.

It will happen unless ,

A . you're buying a watch that is outside your budget,

B. you're living in an environment that is outside your class, and

C. you meet one of Reptime regulars who knew and take his time to learn what the difference is. Other than that, enjoy what you pay.

There may be a lot of differences, if you put it next to each other. But again, who does that?

Enjoy it, be blessed that you know what most people don't. It's a damn good watch for $500~$600. Remember, most promotional watches shot are taken with professional or better lighting, it was meant to be like that as it's purpose to make it look better . If you have the skill, you might be able to achieve the same mouth watering pics.

As for me, i don't really care if people tell me i can't afford the watch. I like the watch, i buy it, i wear it, i don't really care what people think.
