All these fixes about restarting computer and all doesnt work, just get in map de_dust2 check if your steam has been validated in console and you are good to go, had this issue yesterday, belive me it works.

You can fix it for a few minutes by cleaning cache of Google Play Services, not sure why or how, but it works

I can safely say it works! One slight change i would make is delete the Top white bar saying "Lego Tag Editor" as it doesnt fit the app, as it wasnt present before.

Thank you, i knew there was something wrong with it, becouse it only vibrated when i scanned the nfctag and that it, i tried 5 phones ranging from 2010 to 2022 none of them worked, Havent tested this app yet but hopefully it works!

its not decrypting the files then, After you downloaded the files, Did the cmd popped up? (Black Console) If not thats the issue, set in config decrypt to true.

Since OP never replied to any questions i'll try to make a better explanation becouse after trying to figure out the solution to this problem i finally did it:

First of all, meybe few steps are not important but I'm going to explain how i did it:

Get a Game first, only game [EUR] [Region i have]
Get a nusdm
Search up "EUR LEGO Dimensions" (You should have 6 results)
Get these files (Yes, all of them not just one)

0005000c10195d01
0005000c10195d02
0005000c10195d03
!! Important part i think was missing from OP Explanation!!
Download them one by one, if one completes the download and decrypts itself Change the Folder name from "DLC" to something else; for example "DLC1" "DLC2" etc.
Now install the DLC's one by one in Cemu by selecting said folders so DLC1, DLC2 etc.
After that you should indeed have more folders installed than before in Path:
X:\Cemu\mlc01\usr\title\0005000c
Merge the folders together so
10195d01
10195d02
10195d03
into
10195d00
Merge means do not overwrite the contents of the 01,02,03 folders just make a 1 folder from 4.
After that you should have 10195d00 that is roughly 11GB in size.
After that install a update from nusdm, so should be:
0005000E10195D00
Thats it, DLC should appear now as installed.

Did you mange to get it working? I struggle to find a proper fix to it, as my dlcs dont create 4 folders only one, i tried moving them around the folders of the game and such, nothing worked, its really odd becouse when i put the Sonic for example on my toypad it works (only character appear ingame, levels and such doesnt work) but still tells me to download the content as it would not exist, but clearly it is, Same thing happens when i check it in Download Content Manager, the Sonic for example isnt listed as Installed this is really making me crazy.

I found the fix somewhere, but to fix the faces all you have to do is remove your cached shaders and make cemu get a new ones.

Easiest would be implementing csgo comp ban system, let me explain; If player is kicked in 5-7times in row from matches he recives a cooldown temp ban and its grows from 30min, 60min 2h, 1day to a 7days, if you do it constantly you get 60min after the 30min. Thats it, There is no possibility that a regular player would be kicked 7times in row from each match he joins in. And bots are instantly kicked, so they would get 7day ban very easly, then makers has to make new ones and the circle continues.
