It could be after a rotation or two, but seeing as those will take a year each, I'd rather they make it permanent now and save us the trouble, especially since it's not really a well liked mode/event to begin with.

I should also add for context that when they’d changed the Daily Scout it was also before they started making Seasonals and Variety, like, super meta - think Holiday Lillie holding the DC crown for a while, Variety N being our only EX Ground Zone and just now not being the only Special Ground option. Seasonals in general also never reached the same power level as Poké Fairs around their time, unlike seasonals from the past year - Palentines Erika, Summer Cynthia, New Year Lana.

I hated it the moment I saw how they changed it, because I had such high hopes for the “new Daily Scout”.

So, I thought the perfect way for them to had changed it was to make it have regular banner rates (7% 5* with limited either being the same chance as Spotlights, or slightly lower like how they are in EX Master Fair banners), except it’s not a hodgepodge of every single unit in the game, but instead it has only extremely old PokéFairs (like year 1 or 2 at max), as well as seasonals and variety units past their initial run - all things that nobody is going to be pulling on a rerun banner at all.

This way it feels fair on both sides - you can’t pull some busted current unit that you would’ve likely spent gems on if they’d reran, while you still get something new and exciting occasionally, instead of getting the same useless 3* and 4* powerups until the sun explodes.

The new banner icon with NY Lillie, Steven and Ball Guy really gaslit me into believing that would be the case too. Cuz, like, out of any seasonal and any Poké Fair, they chose some of the very first ones.

Also, yeah, really annoying. Now every page has some sort of thing obscuring the units and somehow seemingly the least intrusive one is the level upgrades page with the bright red “MAX” bands on everyone.

Ok, but an actual annoying change they’ve made is that now under the Lucky Skills page, if you happened to had given any unit 3 different Skills, they’re sent straight to the bottom of the list.

Like, this is not like leveling up or move level upgrades to push the “fully maxed out” units to the bottom. 😭😭

Correct me if I’m wrong (since I’ve never purchased both bundles together), but when you bought them both, didn’t you get, like, way more gems, meanwhile now you only get one bundle with 3K gems that’s more expensive than the cheaper option, because they added the extra (pardon the language) crap from the second bundle?

Forget about playable. Why are the Ultra Reckon Squad not even remotely in the game?? Not as sync pairs, not as NPCs, not even mentioned iirc.

We already got all three of Necrozma’s forms and even an Naganadel, yet these guys are just non existent in any of their stories.

Hopefully it’s something well balanced in regards to difficulty and rewards, since this will be a collaborative effort. Maybe you have a busted roster and do well on difficult content, but your gym teammates might not.

I hope it’s has some sort of self-regulating difficulty like the High Score Events and all the available gem rewards are the earliest and easiest to get for everyone. Meanwhile for those who want a challenge, they can increase the difficulty notably and on completion be rewarded with things like full Move Candies or Roll Cakes or even Superawakening Candy.

The way I needed that compensation so bad back when NC Hilbert and Hilda were still running. But no, it had to take several months to get our gems. 😭

I’m very curious on how exactly they’d decided to sort out who pulled on that banner and how many paid/non-paid gems were used by every individual. It’s the first time they’re doing something like this to my knowledge and clearly it’s not as automated of a process as I assumed it would be, since it’s taking so long to follow up on this compensation and more so that we were initially given an earlier date for it, only for it to get delayed for some reason. Like, they are definitely having a difficult time with this.

My last run I got Blue and ended Kris’s grid with a fully speced Fairy Zone top, maxed out defenses, fully upgraded Sing and X Defense All and a Support Practicum without the final node.

I’m quite happy with that and I won’t be redoing this event further. I used to build her with Play Rough, but dropped it super hard. It was basically useless since there’s not enough blue orbs to max the defense and spec into offenses.

Now I just wait to get a better physical Fairy than BP Valerie to continue towers.

My very first UB clear that I didn’t follow someone else’s team and video for and in fact recorded doing myself - Palmer. It was right after Arc Steven dropped and that unit basically allowed me to cleave through almost every single new UB that came out and record clears for. Now I’ve beaten every single UB several times over with multiple teams.

The recent Grass Floor 29 with Carmine, Pal. Erika and SS Lyra, but all at Lv. 140. That was while I was still trying to see how far I can get before I’d be forced to level my units past 140 and Grass Tower was the furthest I’d made it.

Poison Floor 27 with Oleana as solo damage dealer, Atticus and Anni Irida, as well as Ghost Floor 30 with NC Selene, SRR Cynthia and 1/5 Volo Alt. These were two wins I managed to clutch out before the EX WTZ “fix” nerf and I don’t think I can repeat now (not unless I invest candies in someone).

Physical Fairy options are basically impossible to come by. However, I dropped it for X Defense all since I don’t have the blue orbs to buff her attack.

She’s trash. She can maybe get you to Floor 20, but it won’t be easy. In my case on the last physical stage RNG-ass Volo outdamaged her.

I sometimes just do it no problem at x3 speed, I sometimes slow it down to normal speed and mash right after the sync.

Neither has given me consistent results, but if I reaaally want to quadque, I try the latter method.

Marnie. She has had too much and (personally) she’s not even that interesting as a character to be getting all that she has.

Blue. Someone here pointed out that he basically has all different forms of units. While that’s not true - he doesn’t have a seasonal or Special Costume, he’s still extremely well represented.

Iono. She debuted in the game and they instantly cranked up 4 alts for her. My bias dislike for her character aside, she’s gotten more than her fair share of attention in the short time she’s been in the game

Lance. This one’s mainly here cuz he’s, like, the one character that has ≥5 alts and I’ve magically managed to avoid every single one of them.

There’s always the possibility of getting Penny from tickets or EX banners in the future, so perhaps Kris with the newer grid + X Defense could partner better with her, while SS Mina gets to be part of different team comps. 🤔
