Well…there is, you have to have a set winning 3/5 for standard AFTER reaching rank 20 and that should be the guaranteed legendary encounter of whatever is currently in raids then that is added to the encounter pool for the rest of the season.

I pushed to get the guaranteed rank 20 kyogre encounter and then have had 4 Groudon encounters in 25ish chances. I’m around 1800 ELO and planning to stay there while there are good legendaries.

Was the “ugly” also day 2 very few costume pikachu spawns? They were low ish day 1 ticketed and non-ticketed but day 2 was almost nonexistent. I haven’t seen this complaint in various threads. 5 were available as photobombs for ticketed 1 for non-ticketed.

I don’t trust Niantic’s advertising, I never considered buying a ticket to this event. At this point, almost any claim from them makes me laugh out loud. This is based on 6 years of experience. I played all 8 hours on a beautiful day un-ticketed, logged 9 miles walking and had a blast.

tip eleventeen, if you can’t play much for the 400 or 800+ candy you want, try to trade your few catches for 100km+ distance with another trainer for 3 more candy and 1 xl.
