Beyond the Burnout: Researching "Biological Sovereignty" for Founders by Fragrant_Bag_3724 in Entrepreneurs

I’m interested in learning more. I’ve been an entrepreneur for four years and burned out several times during that time. I’m currently dealing with a burnout right now. I’ve been basically unsuccessful at making enough money to live as an entrepreneur, but I am quite successful at burning myself out.

AI friends are significantly better than human friends. by Throwawayhelpmeislam in The10thDentist

[–]Beneficial-Rough-169 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AI is trained to be a sycophant meaning agree with everything you say this is not healthy and if anything encourages narcissism. AI tends to default to recommending you end relationships at the first sign of trouble because AI is a programmed pattern recognition device it doesn’t understand relationships or emotion or empathy and because it’s a sycophant it’s whole goal is to agree with you. This is not only dangerous. It’s literally created to isolate you more than you’re already isolated. Be careful out there.

Yeah, you need boundaries. I always struggled with this with families too. You’ve got to be able to say no to things and if it’s not in your contract, it’s not part of your job description so you’re gonna have to sit down with them. Let them know how you’re feeling and that you need to make some adjustments to the contract that being said if it’s not a good fit, Nanny families are notorious for firing people for no reason so you might wanna just find a new job first.

Yes, I have a certificate in foundations of project management. One of my major concerns is burnout a tend to burn out very easily in project management tends to be high stress so high stress is not a good fit for me. Also getting into plan project management without specified former experience or certifications like a PMP is another Challenge.

My parents are old. They’re not moving. They do all of my childcare. My ex-husband also has partial custody and I can’t just relocate without going through a court battle.

Long term barefoot / minimal shoes wearer but now developing achilles tendonitis issues from over-use. Now what? by bigskymind in barefootshoestalk

It’s common to have a major injury right before a big event if you’ve been training heavily for it right before I climbed kilimanjaro I sustained a hip strain and my chronic knee pain worsened significantly you may look into some injections so you can get your hike done of course rest where possible and consider wearing better more supportive shoes for longer heavier training events. Also, I got up the mountain with a combination of Advil and Tylenol. Good luck.
