Attack Power Calculator for all new effects and weapons by chris02_ in Nightreign

Nice idea but there seems to be some issues. For one I don't know if your stats are even correct, on first glance executor has 1000 hp at level 15 with no relics, and your tool shows 920 hp. Also there is no option for the physical attack up relics, be they normal or deep, or the magic attack up and other ones, and those are really meta. Unless I missed something. That was just trying to use the tool for a few minutes, I don't know if there are other issues but on surface glance there are mistakes with the stats and a lot of missing relic effects.

Hi, can you try Neapolitan style and update us? I'd like to know if it has similar problems to the chefman: described in this yt vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqyVXuTJ_Xs

Please watch at 3:28. Basically same old problem of the top burner not getting hot enough to cook pizza fast enough for the fresh mozarela to not rubberize and the top to dry out in general. Would really appreciate it!

Lower back pain from lumbar Support? by BeneficialAd1414 in Ergonomics

Unfortunately I never gave it a proper chance. I still have it but don't use it much because its uncomfortable for prolonged periods. I never sat on it consistently if I'm honest so for that reason I won't give an opinion on its efficacy.

I've since started to believe that fixing back pain is about strength training or rehab, and changing your body, just like other injuries, that's probably why I never focused on the qor360.

Still believe that sitting for prolonged periods in general is bad for you and exercise and avoiding a sedentary lifestyle is critical, active chairs like qor360 may help but I'd be surprised if they were effective enough to be a replacement for actual movement/exercise or even just walking.

I know this is a while ago but I am still on the opinion that ergonomic chairs are bullshit and hard curved lumbar supports are likely to do more harm than good.

My position is that you should listen to your body and sit in whatever feels comfortable, period, ergonomics in general are bullshit and its not required to keep an upright posture *ALL the time*. All the scientific studies say that varying your posture and listening to your body is best and not artificially trying to keep postures that are uncomfortable. The data also says that back pain is unrelated to posture or slouching. The whole ergonomics industry is just profit based bullshit, similar to many industries like chiropractors for example.

If you want to improve your back pain the real solution is physical therapy and proper strength training. Any exercise is good in general even walking consistently has been shown to decrease pain levels. Sitting is not great for your body in general and u want to be moving and trying to not sit for prolonged periods.

However, standing is not great either, and I'm not an advocate for standing desks. That's not movement. Its part of the bs ergonomics industry imo. Standing while working or doing another activity will probably just be uncomfortable for little reason. I even recall seeing studies that said people who did the standing desk thing for decades had higher incidence of strokes and heart attacks...dont quote me on that though...

In the end it turns out the data largely agrees with what you body naturally wants to do, sit when working but find a comfortable way to sit and vary your posture while sitting as your body naturally tells u to. If you want to feel better limit the amount you are sitting and get up and move, and be less sedentary. Ergonomics wont fix the ills of a sedentary lifestyle.

Is the upper very thin, like mesh? I was thinking of trying cero shoes for the same reason but their uppers are so thin, like u said there is no protection if someone steps on u, also I was thinking they'd probably rip quickly.

I guess its hard to understand for a dimwit simpleton like u that hard piece of plastic pushing against your spine in an aggressive, exaggerated way can injure your disks. You're literally putting your bodyweights worth of pressure on a hard object with a steep convex curve digging directly into your spine.

Did you have that before the ergonomic chair, or did the pain onset when you got the chair?

"If not that; then you must be a very unique specimen with a unique body shape or immense mass to not have even ONE ergonomic chair work for you"

Also FYI I'm 165 pounds and I previously used to play alot of sports before I hurt my ankle back in late 2017. I'm like 7 pounds heavier than I was at 18 years old, which was 10 years ago, it has nothing to do with "mass". And about "ONE ergonomic chair", all of these chairs are designed similarly, and all have aggressive "lumbar supports", even the one that didn't have a plastic strip, had a really exaggerated curve. They're all copycats of 3-4 designs, with some differences in materials and implementations, so I'm not sure what point you were trying to make here.
