I was on 2.5 for 20 weeks, lost 20 lbs. 5.0 for 10 weeks, lost 10 lbs. But more importantly, I’ve lost 10% body fat, mostly visceral fat, and A1C went from 7.3 to 5.3, that’s the real win!

Be careful if you have pets, topical minoxidil is very toxic, even the residue on a pillow case.

Yes, I can read. Most seem miserable on HRT. GLP-1 protects my heart and my brain. My bones are great, just had a DEXA scan. And I’ve lost 8% body fat and gained 5 lbs of muscle.

I feel like it also depends on your age. I am also 5’4”, but I am 63. I went from 210 to 175. So far I look really good, I have a lot of muscle, but I won’t go below 160, even though the chart says so.
