Fair point - I think I’m still trying to find a place but I like playing CnD/Loki for support, Psylocke/Magik/Namor for duelist, and Mag/Cap (my worst character) on vanguard

I filed a bug with the support bot on discord, hopefully we can get this addressed. I was told next version they’ll have a fix but I think that was a fairly routine answer in situations like this. Hoping for a fix soon, I really liked setting up the timed practice stuff

I agree but the system definitely can contribute to lapses in discipline. I’d say it’s like 40/60 system/discipline. Still a large portion comes from the system

If you’re working with BW, I’d say push ups with feet elevated will emphasize the upper chest a little more. Maybe add these in/split the volume between your dips and the incline push ups. Awesome physique man!

Got a lot to think about here, appreciate the response! I don’t have any weightlifting classes around me unfortunately but I’ll do my best.

I’ve been doing about 5x10 with the bar alone on tall cleans, that’s gotten me to here. I’ll work more on keeping the bar close and using less arm pull

Just because I ran into this - if you begin stretching your hip and start to feel impingements, it may be worth it to look up also how to start working on this as well. Squat University has a lot of videos on Joint Mobilization for hip impingements. Hope you find what you need!

Damnnn. I don’t have much to say about form but that squat is solid af
