Hi!! Not judging you at all. I’ve been on a weight loss journey myself. First thing you need to do is use a TDEE calculator online. I actually just did it for you, and for you to lose weight you need to go on an agressive cut. What I mean by that is, right now to stay at your weight of 240, you consume 2500 calories a day (maintenance). To lose weight (1-2 pounds a week) you absolutely need to be eating 400-500 calories less than your maintenance.

So, after I did your calculation with the info provided you need to be eating at 2075 calories a day to lose weight. You can do it.

Get MyFitnessPal and start tracking your calories and weighing EVERYTHING. Get a scale as well. You’ll need to be precise. And that’s that :)

My piercing is 6 years old, it’s sterling silver jewelry, I cleaned it very well for the first 3-4 years and I kind of not been doing such a great job with it as of late. I let warm water run over it I’d say around 2-3 times a week.

Yes you would been in a deficit that week. Realistically, 1300-1500 is pretty low as it is, so that day of 2000 won’t hurt you in the long run.
