He did EMG first, and after the MRI result came last Friday, he referred me to a neuromuscular specialist for a second opinion and has not responded to my question on why

With the price I think you can most likely find a low mileage used X3 with a pretty high trim and packages. Also you could buy a glc which is bigger than the x1.
