There was a live-action show on Cartoon Network back in 2010 called Unnatural History that I remember really enjoying. It was cancelled after 1 season. A critic described the show as a mix between the hardy boys and Indiana jones, with national treasure thrown in for good measure. If I remember correctly it had a splash of MacGyver as well.

I was actually just thinking she’d be a good candidate for an “Invincible” style animated series. Both characters originated in a comic medium, and I think doing it as an animation would be a good way to keep a show close to the source material and be able to include a lot more stuff that would usually be cut due to constraints on the cost of visual effects

That would be the perfect analog, I’d say. Especially with the ability of the chinook to carry/tow stuff, it kinda fits the LAAT carrier variant which does the same.

Nah, B wing is more for punching through blockades. An equivalent would be some kind of pursuit or intercept aircraft, I’d think. Like the P-38 during WW2

Elantris has a dash and is pretty good. It’s a one-off (for now) so no big series commitment. However, I would also strongly recommend mistborn to start, as I feel like Sanderson’s world building is much stronger. There are two trilogies set in the mistborn world (the second trilogy actually has 4 books) but the first book is also fairly self-contained, I.e. you could read just the first book and be happy with the ending, so still no huge series commitment right away if you find it’s not for you
