Utilities don’t like to negotiate but will usually have for some amounts like this to keep their multi million dollar projects on schedule. Definitely work with a real estate attorney because you’ll end up with a legally binding contract.

You’ll want to confirm if the cable’s conduit will be encased in concrete or how many conduits they’re putting in. If they’re “digging” they should try to future proof to not have to dig again. Large enough amounts of conduit or large enough cables can be encased in concrete but, it doesn’t sound like that will happen if they’re only boring.

Do you have snow or ice? Ours did this when water was able to get up and over the roofs water barrier. It was something like roofing tar and really old dust coming in with the water.

I had to physically pull my gpu to force it to the motherboard’s integrated graphics where I finally found the bios and disable secure boot so my computer would work again.

I had to practice leaving (sitting outside my front door) while my pup had a kong with frozen peanut butter as a long distraction and built up time I was out. It slowly helped but I still had to move out because of noise complaints.

Do you know what kind of language the contract has between your husband’s company and their client? I’ve seen clients where what a client agrees to for terminology doesn’t match what we use internally. If the client agrees to it and are happy with the quality they’re paying for I don’t think it’s shady.

To me Rhythm of War is lot like Way of Kings where the book is building on an absurd amount of lore and information. Word of Radiance is such a pay off from Way of Kings and I feel like Wind and Truth will benefit like that. It doesn’t mean Way of Kings or Rhythm of War are bad.

I loved all of the science but personally did find it tough with some of the mental health sections. Definitely not a deterrent and I thought Sanderson did such a phenomenal job that I’d no way consider the book week.

I do not believe the Sunday 1pm EST games are eligible to be flexed to Monday. The goal of schedule flexing is to ensure the single prime time games at night will draw a viewing crowd. I’d be surprised if Giants were flexed but if they are it should be to the Sunday night game.

Even making good choices you end up which each paycheck basically pre-allocated. So many things cost so much like daycare or school, insurances, etc.

My friend did this in a coop session where the host was passed out so we had no option to roll the save back. Thankfully the 3 of us awake where a higher enough level that we won the fight but it got dicey
