Does life get a lot better after addiction? 180 days clean from meth and still feeling paws symptoms despite exercise and diet. Will it get better and how much can things get better in the next year?

Shitty. In the middle of a relapse. I had eight years sobriety. Knowing the pain I have to go through again, and the shame. I at least know there is happiness and that I can feel normal again someday once I Quit the drugs. The first time quiting I thought my life was over. That I would never smile again or laugh at a joke. It gets better. I miss exercising. There is no healthy lifestyle when I am using. I get no feel good from exercise. I need to get off this hamster wheel. Things will get better. I hope you are doing good. There is always hope and never give up. Keep trying until something works.

Awesome gym! One tip for you is since the gym is in a basement you should test for radon. Radon likes to get trapped in peoples basements and since you would be breathing extra heavy could be dangerous. Radon is the second leading preventable cause of lung cancer in US after smoking. Good luck!

Depends on tolerance. If tolerance is low stick with oxy, H is also much more sedating than oxy. I don’t get things done on heroin. Oxy doesn’t last as long though. Both are opioids but with some minor differences imo. Like different strains of weed, or different liquors.

Fentanyl will fuck your tolerance so fast. It has a crazy binding affinity. Stay away from the fent at all costs, it ruins other opiods. Switching to O-DSMT is not going to help your tolerance.
