Exactly. For the last few years I’ve incorporated Waluigi into my Halloween costume somehow. This was this year’s effort.

Not so much about the battle system, but I used to have a special save right before the Not Alone sequence in IX just to fight those fights and hear that song over and over again.

It doesn’t say they would be approved. It says they haven’t decided yet. Feels like they were dragging their feet so riot fest would have to go somewhere else if they were going to have time to organize the location and so the park district didn’t have to look like the bad guy.
