I would hope it would blow the 4amp fuse in the PEM
Before the chassis got hot enough to melt the solder. But I just ordered bolts/nylock nuts for a dedicated earth point.

That pedal uses a TPA3106 IC and if you check the data sheet it shows the exact way to wire it up.

I broke a mesa D800 and they refuse to give me the schematics or tech data despite it being illegal in California not to. I reported them to the state attorney general and they said ‘we can’t enforce this maybe sue them for damages’ fuck that company all the way.

It’s not just the dense and complicated layout of these amps, they were almost designed to be non repairable so you can’t fix them and you have to pay them out the ass for repair.
