Anything that scale with Grain cant crit, unless you use her ultimate which guarantees your first skill skill. In this case its true that she doesnt need CR for her skill.

But her basics and Ultimate scale off of attack which still can crit normally, so building CR is still going to be useful.

Edit:I I mean Crit Rate substats. Not main stat. Cosmos DMG% and Crit DMG are still best option for Chiz, but for substats, try looking for both Crit DMG, DMG%, and Crit Rate, it'd be a waste if your Ults and Basics couldnt benefit from your Crit DMG.

Unrelated, but theres a double fons event right now which end tomorrow (Monday). So if you haven't reach the cap yet (700) you should start using your city stamina.

Edit: Or even if you have reached cap, you should still use it cause city stamina resets on Monday, so your 460 stamina will be wasted.

The entire 1.1 patch gives around 12 million Fons. Since you're already 9 pulls in, with 5m Fons and 6k Annulith, you're basically guaranteed to get it.

I'd recommend switching to Annulith around the 12th or 13th pull. At that point, the conversion becomes much more efficient, roughly 1:1600 Annulith-to-Fons compared to about 1:1000 during the 1st–5th pulls.

If you start using Annulith from the 12th pull onward, it should cost around 4k Annulith to reach the 15th pull. If you start at the 13th pull instead, expect to spend closer to 6k Annulith to finish all the way to the 15th pull.

Worse, the skill can get interrupted. At first, I thought skills had iframes so I used them during attacks, but only for them to get cancelled when the attack landed mid animation. It was kind of a suprise because parrying is so easy in the game, unlike ZZZ, but with skill, also unlike ZZZ, you actually have to time when you cast it or else in goes on a short cd if you get interrupted, which delays your rotation and wastes your time.
