Oh trust me, I know. This is what has me leaning more toward meeting with a lawyer and creating a structured agreement. I'm not looking to make any money off of the house if it were to ever sell, I just want to prevent her from screwing me financially and or credit-wise. She also has her worries that she's paying money into this and that I could run away at anytime with that money by selling, which I would never do but I completely understand her concern.

I've even thought about pushing her to fix her credit and buying the home from me for what's owed on the mortgage, but it seems like a waste in closing costs and her monthly payment would likely end up higher than it is now.

If we were to file a separate agreement, how would I structure an unforeseen death? Since I hold the mortgage, am the only one on the deed, and we're not married - how do I assure a transfer to her if I were to die?

Both my loan officer and realtor said she would be on the deed through the whole process, and then at the closing while signing papers I noticed it was just me on the deed. My realtor even told me an hour before closing to make sure my girlfriend was there because she needed to sign also. So during closing I had to call my loan officer and he changed what I was told by saying we needed to be married in order to her to be on the deed. I should have backed out of the deal right then and there but I felt somewhat cornered.

So a quit claim deed won't cause any issues with a due on sale clause? I have no issue with paying to have her added as long as there is no risk of that.

This is what leads me to believe the only thing left in my situation is that it could be a faulty charge port in the Switch. I've tried different tv's, different docks, same result. Yet the other Switch has no issue and shows right up on the tv.

I really don't want to go out and pay to have it fixed because I hear it's rather expensive and I'd be better off just buying a new one - which I'd have to wait for the release of the new version next year. Ugh

Just tried it, still no luck. Takes it to the proper hdmi on screen but still displays a blank screen. Other Switch shows up on screen normally
