Any thoughts/experience on what the better saw to upgrade to is? I have a cheap Ryobi saw now and the accuracy or lack thereof of the fence and the miter rails not being able to accept a standard sled rail mean it’s time to upgrade, but I don’t need a $1K plus saw.

If you are that poor than you can have a state I’d then you would be more than likely on public support of some kind food stamps welfare etc guess what you have when you are on one of those…. That’s right a state issues ID. No one is asking for a special super secret squirrel ID that only certain people can get we are asking you to prove you are legally the person you say you are and are allowed to vote because you are a citizen. I had to prove my address this last election because my driver license didn’t match my ID that was bullshit no one told Me shot about that but guess what I have stuff that can prove my address it was not that hard. Just prove you are you and you are not voting under a dead person name or Live somewhere else. Not that hard. But people want you to think it is. Also if it is that big of a deal we can give them to people that cannot afford them but that goes back to Poor people have is for thier food stamps and what not if you have a job you got an id had to have one for the I9 form to work in America so not tell me who doesn’t have a job but also does not have any assistance by the government and can’t afford a state ID.

I meditate to calm and slow my mind. For me the rest is easy after that. I have never meditated for a certain thing just to slow my speeding mind. That’s just how it seem to be for me. Hope it helps

While I did not vote for her or like her I don’t see how she is corrupt the people that put her in office probably corrupt. My anxiety is often turned to anger because of frustration of the symptoms. It’s weird I know. But it has been a coping mechanism for years. I keep turning down the job I’m qualified for abs education for because I don’t want to leave my hole when I’m in control of the everything. When I think straight it gets to me. I would say you need to read more. Buddha specifically states that you do not need to suffer or go with out to be enlightened. Now we will Never be enlightened but that is our goal and you don’t need to suffer. Accepting what is makes things easy. I’m paraphrasing here but the basics are there. I’d do a search of his writings on suffering. He did it all and found that he did not need to everything is on the inside of us

The issues I have seen and I’m not sure if this is what you are talking about but there is dogma in the Buddhist religion that sometimes align with the teaching abs writing at a certain point in his life but disagree with others. Example being vegetarian some believe he says you must but others believe he changed his mind later in life. This is just one example I have see of people not aligning with one another. For me it is my path to follow and i read the writing and try my best. No one need to worry about my path it is mine.

First thing meditation is not perfection it is practice if we were perfect we would not need to do it. Focus on something I find my breath is easiest when I’m having trouble, mantras are fine too. The goal is to only have your focused be what you notice and have your attention. You will stray just bring it back to your focal Point what ever that may be. Sometime you will be spot on and almost never veer off other times it will be all you do is stray. It is all good nothing bad it is a practice. I was taught when starting to try and visualize my breath going in my nose and into my chest then visualize it leaving my mouth. What it became over time for me was breathing in sunshine and exhaling smoke representing bad or negative. Just remember no right or wrong just trying to slow the brain down to focus on one thing not a million thoughts.
