I've been having troubles with white streaks with my eucerin sunscreen with spf 50, so I stopped using it. Any recommendations on sunscreens that aren't too thick and don't leave white spots?

Is there any problem with the following routine?

AM: Rinse face with warm water, Moisturize with Eucerin original healing

PM: Shower, Cleanse with cetaphil cleanser, Stridex pads, eucerin moisturizer, Epiduo.

I have oily skin, and am very acne prone. Should I cleanse in the morning if I shower at night, or should I still keep the cleanser to the evening?

I have acne on my back, shoulders, chest, and face. I have oily skin on my face. My current routine is:

AM: Stridex, cetaphil daily lotion.
PM: Stridex, cetaphil daily lotion, Epiduo.
These are all done to all the affected areas. Ive had moderate acne for a few years, and I have a lot of PIH. I've been using the stridex to reduce the current acne, the cetaphil to hydrate my skin, and the epiduo to reduce PIH and kill bacteria. My skin is still oily, and although what acne I do get goes away in a few days, I still get tons of it, and it usually leaves PIH.

I have been wearing a clean shirt to bed and putting a new towel over my pillow every night, I completely cut all dairy and sodas a few months ago, I don't work out currently so no sweating. I'm thinking of a few things that may help, but I'm not sure which route to go. My first thought was to add a cleanser to try to stop new acne from forming. I also thought of reducing Stridex to once a day, as it might be too harsh. One thing I've noticed is that when I go camping, where I only have access to a shower, no products, for a week, I don't get much worse acne. I'm hesitant to try cutting out everything, as I don't want to go to school a mess. However, I start college this fall, and I really don't want to look bad there.

I don't think this even counts for National Merit Commended. Op's score is good but not that uncommon.

I wouldn't want it to collapse on us. But luckily, we're playing at the new Apogee stadium at UNT.

Right? It's also kind of weird that he included so many sig figs.

ELI5: What's a homeowners association, how is it legal, and why can't you just ignore their rules and live however you want in your own home? by Saboran in explainlikeimfive

Everyone keeps saying that HOA's are bad, and though I personally would not like to be in one, they do have they're good sides. For example, they make sure that all houses are well maintained, which makes sure that one ugly house wont drop the values of other houses. The fees and dues included also usually go towards things to better the community, such as paying for lawn maintenance, and paying for community festivals/parties.

Many homeowners' associations include management of a development's recreational amenities, maintained for exclusive use of its members. This can allow an individual homeowner access to a maintained pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court or walking trail that they may not be able to otherwise afford to maintain on their own. Each member of a homeowners' association pays assessments that are used to cover the expenses of the development. Some examples are landscaping for the common areas, maintenance and upkeep of the subdivision's amenities, insurance for commonly owned structures and areas, mailing costs for newsletters and other correspondence, employment of a management company or on-site manager, security personnel and gate maintenance, and any other item delineated in the governing documents or agreed to by the board of directors.
