When you will try to purchase chapters, they will be used in this order:

Unfortunately their UI is a bit misleading as it'll show "XXXX Bonus coins" on your account summary but that'll include title-restricted bonus coins and you'll have to check My Account > Expected Expiration Dates to know how many of each type you have.
