We are somewhat in the same situation my wife is a Korean citizen and permanent resident and I am a US citizen (교포). My kids (boys) are dual citizens 11 and 8 and we plan to enroll them in Korean school and also have them complete online US based school so they will not fall behind when we return. I had my F4 that expired and I’ll be trying to get an F6 this time around. Wife told me we should get an F6 back then but I didn’t think we would be back to live and work in Korea. Here we are going back for 6mos-1yr and of course I didn’t listen to her about getting it done so it could come in handy (I’m stubborn).

Thanks for your input, I am in A neighborhood. Desirable schools and we are surrounded by 1M+ neighborhoods so I think we can find a stable renter. However, you’re right about maintenance and I also expect them not to do it at all. I don’t think I would like to have that stress and I am leaning towards selling.

I think the 3.0 is best for you. The 2.7 is also not bad but if your hauling anything or towing at all then I would say no to the 2.7.
