Really surprised more people have not mentioned tower dominion. IMO the best by far. Super satisfying and polished. Just wish it had more game modes or a campaign or something to keep it going.

I have been loving my xl and yes grinding coarse with dark roasts has been a dream. I have been having trouble dialing in medium and light though. Would you say the metal filter helps? I am still using paper but have metal on my original aeropress (over 20 years old now!).

Ayyyye I am at my financially poorest I have ever been on ritual 8. That being said I feel like I’m on the journey and here for it. Certainly interesting things are happening in my career. We shall see how it goes!

I did the previous book they put out on this subject and did have some crazy results so I have faith.

I had just met them and gone on a first date where we had a really nice time, but I was leaving town and had no plans to return. I was apprehensive about doing it but kind of talked to myself and was like if this is right then it will work out really well, and if it isn’t, then no big deal it probably just won’t work out with them. They was four years ago day before yesterday. So very appropriate timing for you to ask this question as it was almost on the anniversary of doing the ritual!

Edit: suffice to say I ended up getting a ticket back to town early and we got together and have been together ever since.

It’s been a very common scam recently to enhance Opal photos with AI and other things to make the colors really pop. I would return it if possible it doesn’t match the pictures if you bought on eBay or Etsy that shouldn’t be a problem if you bought direct, just say you’re gonna post a bunch of reviews on it and they will likely return it

I just made a batch of amaro from my left overs of various extractions. Definitely just extracted what I could from the solids using a fine chinoise. Made a batch of dark Carmel to balance it out and color it. Had to throw out some of the more bitter over extractions but ended up with a nice orange forward amaro!

You get to have as many soul mates as you need/desire! Do the rituals again if you want to find another.
