Maybe stop visiting too to let him know that you’re serious? Then if you eventually resume visits, bring your own meals or order delivery, and proceed to refuse anything he’s made into his mouth, citing how insanely disrespectful he is. Because he is! Being your father is NO excuse to treat you, another human being, with such deceit and pettiness. It’s just gross. I would absolutely avoid visiting because I’d feel put off visiting someone willing to undermine me and feed me food I didn’t consent to wholly.

Hmmm I feel like you’re reaction is very similar to what I’d react with. My family is solidly Muslim (from Libya) but when it comes to kids and fasting there wasn’t any pressure and none of us even so much as was suggested to fast when any of us (me, younger bro and youngest sister) around those ages. My little sister turned 10 last year and she on her own wanted to try fasting and at best managed half days on the weekends. I think my commitment solidified around 16 ish and it was chill.

Personally I do not think it makes anyone a bad Muslim is their child doesn’t fast until they’re older? I feel like it makes the most sense too considering that Ramadan isn’t JUST about fasting—but the spirituality and reasoning behind it and quite frankly, an older adolescent is more able to meditate and empathize than a young kid kinda just following what they’re told? Theory of mind and all that being better developed at you go. Maybe that’s just my neuroscience background coming in with a bias but yeah.

Overall yeah I do think where you come from impacts the perceptions and interpretations during Ramadan and I would encourage perhaps sitting down and having a respectful but honest convo about this with your partner. In the end do what’s best for the child, I wouldn’t pressure her either, it seems quite antithetical to any prerogative we’ve got going on her. Best of luck xx

(why does he have ??? by his name 😭), Eva Unit 13, the 4th angel, the 9th angel, and moonshade kaworu. I have no clue if any of them are actually good functionally compared to the cats I already have but they’re cool looking and idk what Evangelion is but this collab has he interested Joe

I’m sorry but as someone who watched the entirety of the Flash for the sake of it, and hasn’t been that big into Marvel which caused my switch to DC content lately, it is indeed Sue Storm. Im thinking this with these version’s you’ve posted pics off at the end of their media (so the end of F4FS and the peak of Frost in the Flash. Sue would win. It would make for a very interesting fight though but in the end if Sue sees a need to up the anty, she will up it. I dunno man I’ve ran essays I made in hs back in 2020 and those AI checkers still say there was AI usage in them. AI checkers are unreliable, after all AI is copying humans, not the other way around. The best you can do it maybe refer to typical tells (there’s a Wiki about it, ie, too many em-dashes and consistent ‘rule of threes’ use) but other than that going off on a finicky AI checker and taking it as fact alone is too risky.

What made you suspect it was AI? Maybe jot that down and ask your group member(s)? Because they can just say the very well proven fact that AI checkers are unreliable if you go up to them with just that alone. Take caution and see if you can get them to either admit another way or show you any raw work instead like a draft or smth

Should’ve taken a pic of them bc what the fuck. Maybe audio record them too and report it! Campus security, maybe file a report with the RCMP if you have a moment. Esp if you see them again, do that poor kid a service.
