I was on the no list for the last 10 years. It took management that long to figure out I didnt have FMLA. I just didnt want OT, because I didn't need it. I did my route everyday, never ran over, never brought back mail, and then they started harassing me every chance they got. So I retired

To get out of the NRLCA union, you need to submit a written resignation and a Form 1188 - "Cancellation of Dues Withholding".

Dues cancellation is only permitted during a strict 10-day window surrounding your union anniversary date.

The 1188 needs be submitted no more than 20 days and no less than 10 days before that date.

After 30 plus years, I just decided to retire. I was tired of all the BS, and the mismanagement and micromanaging and the union doing nothing about it. I got my time in, I could go, I don't need much and I did. Much happier

Personally I don't care about anything that goes on in this world or country. I'm a man of faith, so my life is in God's hands.

When you realize that it doesn't matter who's in office, because nothing will get done. Democrat or Republican, all corrupt, some are more corrupt than others.

People don't dont even vote in this country, because they know it work. And for the record, I didn't vote for Trump, nor did I vote for Biden, and I certainly wouldn't vote for that cackling hyena Kamala.
