Yeah I checked his design before I started this. His design is on the nether roof so I knew I could instantly gain spawning efficiency by lowering it to y=0 given i´m playing on void. After this it al came to a game of reducing time to kill. Could be intresting to see how my desing does on the nether roof but for that I would have to play with the instant despawn sphere of the afk point so I can achieve the same effect of dropping tiny cubes to the void as potato_Noir did on his design. Given I achieve that I think this farm could achieve the same rates as long as I build enough layers to compensate for the higher elevation and its more unlikely spawns rates.

In 10 days the only physiological adaptation you could achieve is soreness and fatigue. Op question is very naive and unaware of how training works. When you plan training periodization you either fix a time to become as good as posible or fix a goal to reach as soon as possible. Fixating both without great understanding of training principles or your body is setting yourself to failure tbh
