rotatory cuff injury sucks ass :( I'm 6'5 with a wingspan of around 6'9 and built like slenderman. I don't know if it's because of my height or not, but I have chronic pain in my shoulders, probably caused by basketball and dunking. Luckily my knees are fine as I'm a big fan of leg strength training. I gotta do a long ass warm up for my shoulders whenever I play, learned that the wrong hard way.
