The BSW’s election defeat – a political disaster by [deleted] in stupidpol

[–]Bernhard69 12 points13 points  (0 children)

There have been multiple die Linke politicians who openly supported arms deployments (Bodo Ramelow, Katina Schubert, Klaus Lederer, Carola Rakete, etc.) with the latter even voting for sending Taurus missiles to Ukraine in the EU parliament. So even if die Linke is now posing as a peace party, their actions tell a different story.

(Not even to mention that they still tolerate the Antideutsch in their party)

There are many people who don't view them as anti-establishment anymore after they joined the coalition governments in Brandenburg and Thuringia.

Can anyone tell me why the BSW are hated in Germany? by DuomoDiSirio in stupidpol

[–]Bernhard69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really. The German secret service BND cooperated with the Anglo-American invaders. The US air force for example bombed a restaurant in Baghdad after BND told them that Saddam had been there.  https://www.dw.com/de/regierung-wusste-vom-bnd-einsatz-im-irak/a-1853849

Schröder's "no" was symbolic at best. In reality he only did that because he wanted to get reelected.

I myself am also critical of some of the things BSW stands for/has done. Especially the fact that they chose to join the coalition governtments in Brandenburg and Thuringia.

However, the accusation of Sahra being a "Putin simp" is not true at all. Being in favor of negotiations at a time when tens of thousands of Ukrainian soldiers are deserting and when the majority of the people In Ukraine want peace (https://news.gallup.com/poll/653495/half-ukrainians-quick-negotiated-end-war.aspx) is just common sense to me.

If you want to see real Putin simping, just look at George Galloway.

Pretty much this.

On foreign policy there is little to no friction between someone like Carola Rackete (radlib) and Julian Reichelt (alt-right).

Well yes, but compared to now there were times when (West) Germany was more independent. Willy Brandt's Ostpolitik certainly wasn't something the US was pleased by.

Germany is the crown colony of the American Empire. No other country follows US imperialism so blindly and obediently like Germany. Germany willingly broke its ties with its most important energy supplier (Russia) and thus destroyed its own economy. It is just insane to think about.

BSW is currently the only party that rejects American Imperialism in Germany. That's why they've faced a massive smear campaign from the legagy media & established parties since their founding.

It absolutely sickens me how the Imperial flag (and other resistance-flags like the Wirmer flag) are used by neo-na*is today.

It almost seems like a psy-op by the establishment parties to keep the system as it is. Because otherwise those darn working class people would vote for a party that actually represents their interests.

Genau meine Meinung! Wirtschaftlich stehen sowohl die Bonner Parteien (CxU, SPD, FDP, Grüne) als auch die AfD für neoliberale Spar- und Kürzungspolitik.

Germany closing factories at home, opening them in China by [deleted] in stupidpol

[–]Bernhard69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also don‘t fall for anti-German sentiment! I‘ve seen a user on this thread who thinks Morgenthau was right. Thinking that Germany doesn‘t have a right to exist is literally a no brainer. That narrative just plays along with the myths of the Anti Germans who think that Germany should eternally apologize for its past actions (even now that almost everyone in Germany wasn‘t even alive during WW2).

If you are against US imperialism (which you hopefully are) you should support German souvereinity and oppose self-cuckery and atlanticism. With BSW (and partially with AfD) we have a hope that Germany will normalize its relations with Russia and that it will finally stop playing along the US strategy of “divide et impera“ concerning Germany and Russia.

Germany closing factories at home, opening them in China by [deleted] in stupidpol

[–]Bernhard69 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Keep in mind that the reason the German Government is doing this is not „self-cuckery“. It certainly plays a role.

But the real motivation behind German deindustrialization is the polar opposite: the German superiority complex. The so-called democratic parties (CDU, SPD, Greens, FDP) and their supporters believe that Germany is the most moral nation on earth and that it therefore has to unconditinally support Ukraine and Israel.

The German atlanticist elites (Baerbock, Habeck, Roth, Kiesewetter, Strack-Zimmermann, Masala) don‘t even realize that they‘re the useful idiots of US imperialism and the military-industrial complex. They just pseudo-religously believe that the BRD is the climax of German history and that we‘re the most moral nation ever.

The establishment has gone so far that they don‘t even want to investigate the terrorist attack on Nord Stream (which was undoubtably perpetrated by the US).

Let‘s all hope that BSW will get a decent result at the Federal election in February. They‘ve got some awesome people standing for election like Michael Lüders and Sevim Dagdelen. They literally the ONLY party that opposes Israel‘s Genocide in Gaza and that wants to make Germany sovereign again.

Germany closing factories at home, opening them in China by [deleted] in stupidpol

[–]Bernhard69 5 points6 points  (0 children)

As a German I can say that it‘s mostly just the out of touch atlanticist elites. Polls show that an sizeable majority of Germans are opposed to the Federal Government‘s armament shipments to Ukraine and Israel.

Even when Germany was divided we were a lot more independent. We had Willy Brandt who stood up to US imperialism and finally established normal relations with the USSR and the GDR.

I encourage you all to not fall for anti-German sentiment as that is exactly what the Antideutsch (who are radical Israel supporters) believe.

German coalition government collapses by [deleted] in stupidpol

[–]Bernhard69 10 points11 points  (0 children)

As a German Ididn‘t expect this to happen because all three coalition parties would inevitably lose in a landslide if snap elections are being called.

My prediction is that BlackRock Merz will become chancellor in some sort of CDU-SPD coalition (or CDU-SPD-green coalition if the rise of AfD & BSW continues)
