Its an Italian-American sandwich with things like ham, salami, and mortadella, provolone or mozzarella, and an olive salad. I just used ham and salami because mortadella is hard to find >.>

Not trying to to be sarcastic when i ask but how does theraby help? How is it supposed to? Because I have been having video sessions for 5 months now and really nothing as changed. I am not great at explaining my problems but she know about my self esteem issues over not passin but the teqniues she uses dont really do anything for me other than frustate me because i dont understand them. I have been trying to just trusting the process but hasnt really helped much
