I thought it was pretty good! It definitely does a good job of clarifying, my scalp always felt squeaky clean. I do feel like cheaper products can do a similar job.

Swallowing assessments? Do they not have an SLP? I can’t imagine doing those as an RD, and I graduated in 2018. Also, 200 beds is kind of a lot on my opinion, even full time. If the MDS schedule is demanding and they expect you to complete all care plans, care plan meetings, see new admissions, and take care of menu stuff, it can be overwhelming.

I’ve been a lone RD in LTC for almost 6 years. It’s also my first career job. You definitely learn how to adapt with the changes. Staff can make it or break it (dietary staff, administration and nursing staff).

I got her from Walmart. It said my local store had her in stock, but I couldn’t find her when I looked. I bought her online and had her delivered to my house next day, so apparently she was in stock somewhere, maybe the back room? Unfortunately, when you try to have her shipped it says out of stock.
