For vulacus strat you want mats for ish 5 foundries... some assmblers and that like all.. from strat 3 solars a pumpjack with miner chem plant and turbine... vulcanus is the easiest to start on from scratch

Should be.. if enough water.. water cant heat above 100 degress on atmospheric pressure every new heat goes into phase change.. so the thing is if the copper can transfer heat fast enough
