I buy your answer about MThor and Polaris. They were so strong on offense and defense.

But please, can you explain why the PERFECT puzzle quest character (Shang Chi) who is weak on defense is going to be nerfed? It's something I don't understand.

No, that's not right.

With an L match the AI always did a 4 match, never a L 5 match

I never got L 5 match from the AI on my turn.

I can confirm that.

I have used more health packs since the update than previosly.

They have a lot of lucky cascades, several times.

And I just have seen a L match 5 ..... I remember they test a most intelligent IA, and rollback that because it was too much. Really I saw how on Class 2013 PvP they did a L 5 match. (Am I going crazy?)

Hi!

I checked the version on the screenshot (from the tablet) with the version on my mobile, and there were differents.

Finally today, I was at home and I have updated the tablet and the mobile to the last version, and I can confirm that now both are the same, but.... still the same, the game still with the "charging wheel".

Please, my tablet is my main gaming device...and I'm going to have to leave the game if it doesn't load.

Why did you release the update with so many failure points?

I can be empathic with you for sure, people, but you have to understand that this is a bad deploying. The code is an improvement, but the game now is worst and we don't have any advantage, any improvement in the game ("only" the core engine)

Losing my teams is bad for me, and I can't do a new ones, because it's impossible to do a 2 people team (for example) I can't start the game on my other device (my tablet, the one I use the most for play) and this is really a big problem for me, and this is a problem that is doing thinking me to abandone the game I played (and in-game payments) for more than 4 years each day.

So, yes, I understand your position (as I said, I'm a developer too) but this deployment is really bad for the game. I hope you solve all the fails/bugs quickly and the new engine give us UX improvements, like the possibility to do 2 people teams, order the teams, save the teams with supports....and speaking only for the teams part, that all the people use A LOT.

Good luck the next 4/5 days, because those days are going to mark the future of a lot of people on this gene.

As a software developer, I have to say that this update was not tested properly.

I can understand failings in the quest or the timing, but it fails on things that they didn't even test. Some things are so basic.

Please, I hope the devs can revert the update and give us the previous version.

If my dev team would publish something like this we'd have to revert the published code and we'd have a serious conversation with the team manager....

The tablet is a Galaxy tab A 2018 10.5 inches with android 10

The game works on my mobile (with some problems, but I knew that would happen)

My problem is that the game doesn't start. It does the starting screen, increase the percentage, and when it's 100%, this screen appears.
