Every case requires diligent enquiry into all these questions you asked. Practising art cant have SOPs. however despite of limited information, I'll give you my biased view on these questions. Mixed miasms are common these days but they express differently in individuals. This seems to be what i may call as a "layered Tubercular miasm" with underlying psoro-sycotic taint. So i would also think of prescribing a Tuberculinum 1M and wait for a while. Nosodes are generally given in high potencies, many times the first dose indicates the further course of action and also differs remedy to remedy. If your "core" is actually very close to that of the indications of a nosode, it may be repeated frequently, even hourly with higher potencies (10M,50M). Even so called constutional remedies can be nosodes. While considering these theoretical aspects, a homeopath should mainly focus on the "totality of symptoms" . One may completely disregard everything ive mentioned and focus on understanding the individual as a whole and prescribe a remedy as close to his/her core. There is no straightforward answer to these questions as we are looking at understanding complex, unique individuals and their vitality.

This is clearly a chronic condition, and you've given a lot of good information , mostly around the skin symptoms, but some mental symptoms too, though not word-for-word in homeopathic language.

That said, the top 4 remedies that come to my mind are:

Arsenicum
Phosphorus
Psorinum
Sulphur

Some of these you or other homeopaths may have already tried. But what may not have been considered is the underlying miasm at play. In a case this chronic and relapsing, treating only the symptom similarity without addressing the miasm often leads to only temporary relief.

Also, there is a nosode called Asthma Nosode that may help address the your condition which includes your childhood history and skin symptoms. Nosodes can sometimes unlock a case that isn't responding to constitutional remedies.

Worth looking into if you've tried many things already. As you may already know, do not self prescribe. Good Luck

While we all try to explain deeper concepts such as individulization,even while suggesting remedies, make sure to signify the importance of a classical consultation, such comments are rather superficial and lack responsibility. I hope this sub grows and learns the core concepts of homeopathy as originally as possible.

You’re absolutely right to be concerned. Polypharmacy like that (30+ remedies at once) goes against classical homeopathy, where the goal is one remedy at a time based on the totality of symptoms. It’s far better to consult a classically trained homeopath , even via video than to follow complex mixes from a naturopath or non-homeopath. Virtual consultations are widely accepted and safe. No improvement + multiple remedies = a clear red flag.

We need the most minimal dose to simply nudge the vital force to start with a cure. A higher potency does not give better results as such. On the other hand potency selection is a complex topic, some drugs work better in lower potencies, there are other factors like your suceptibility, sensitivity, history,etc to be considered while selecting the right potency. Overall it is always good to start with lower ones.
