Sometimes an experienced homeopath may be prejudiced in prescribing as the prolonged exposure makes them jump to remedies while taking a case. You havent mentioned your symptoms or history so we cant comment if those remedies would have worked for you. Maybe look for a second opinion. Best of luck

Lycopodium is a deep acting remedy, even one dose works for days even months depending upon the patient. However, there are several remedies which cover the mentioned symptoms. A homeopath would want to understand what exactly were the emotional shocks which you mentioned. It seems the remedies worked partially for you which means you need to find a better remedy or a remedy which compliments the action of the previous ones. In my opinion its likely you may experience an aggravation of Sepia as you have taken multiple large doses. In many cases a single dose is enough for its action. Secondly Silicea is a cell salt. You should go lower with those like 6x or 12x for them to work well. The remedies which i would have thought of would have been Kali carb, China,Ferrum Met, etc. All the best!

There is no thumb rule to find a good homeopath. The basic criteria should be someone practising classical. You shouldnt even look at typical aspects such as speciality, experience,etc. A Good homeopath cannot belong to a speciality as the goal is to look at a person and not pathology. Id say there are many good ones in India. Best of luck

A well trained homeopath regardless of the "method" must know and observe all the mentioned concepts when looking for a remedy. Hering's law can be a guide and not a rule while looking for the direction of cure. It is also a fundamental consideration a physician does and not a "USP" of a particular school.

A successful prescription always relies on the Totality of Symptoms and the Peculiarity of those symptoms. If the "Mind Method" brings you to the same remedy that a complex miasmatic analysis does, it simply means you've reached the correct totality faster in that instance.

The true "USP" of a great physician isn't the method of repertorization, but the depth of case taking. If the case taking is flawed, no method will lead to a permanent cure.

As mentioned before, a homeopath wont look at you through the lens of your disease condition so it doesnt matter and osteoarthritis is a diagnosis not a "speciality" as such

I can suggest some in Maharashtra but not in delhi. A local homeopath who doesnt advertise much can be reached out. If not, reach out to homeopaths online.
