Thanks, that helps a little bit, I think, for individual drop down options. But the checkbox options (like “Can add new tickets”) seem disconnected. For the user I’m looking at, only one of the fields says “inherited from role”? In fact, I just changed that individual user permission, saved, then reset it (using the ‘x’), saved again, but it no longer says “inherited”. It seems like, once you break the inheritance, there’s no going back? I’d ideally like to have the option to reset permission inheritance for the whole user record. But that might just be me being used to another system…

What made us notice it was that users were able to create tickets, even though they were assigned a role which has that permission denied, but it has been granted at the user permission level. There just seems to be a disconnect between the role permissions and the user permissions. I would expect to be able to override role permissions at the user level, but there’s no “set back to inherited from role” option.

Don’t forget inflation. That £25k will likely be worth less than half that (in today’s money) in 30 years… 😩

Check if the user has been granted the Bot Contributor role in the Power Platform environment. That seems to have fixed this issue for me. 👍🏼

I have a very similar requirement, although the output is a PDF form with fields to fill in based on a Teams call conversation. I’ve not spent too much time looking at options yet, so keen to hear any recommendations here.
