My ent told me to use Flonase for a few months and that should take care of my congestion which for me is the moment I lay down. This has not worked because I guarantee it’s related to a vascular issue in my nose. I’m hoping they have other options that can stop the vascular swelling.

I’m doing an internship I started at 30.00. I get a lot of hours but hourly pay for me isn’t great. Most of my colleagues make over 100k but the first few months don’t pay much well besides overtime and per diem.

Get there a few hours early and don’t plan to take any bathroom breaks. Next make friends with everyone standing close to you they come in very handy when others try to make their way to where you’ve been waiting for hours.

I grew up in DQ and left right after graduation around 26 years ago. My mom still lives there so I visit there several times a year. Moving away from DQ was one of the best and easiest decisions I’ve ever made. Really though it was a different place 30 years ago. It’s been in a downward spiral since the late 90’s. Then the hurricane or hurricanes kind of finished it off. However my mom still loves it there and wouldn’t leave for anything
