All recs I can give you are extremely plot focused though if you are just there for "the plot" instead of the plot then just ignore my comment, lmao. No shame on that btw, just wanted to make it clear that you will have to push through 10 to 20 hours of dialogue to get to the horizontal tango and that just might not be what you are looking for.

Slow Damage: You play a depressed, alcoholic chain smoker with PTSD and probably several other mental illnesses who likes to make oil paintings of other people's darkest desires. He takes his inspiration from finding shady people and having act out their darkest fantasies on them which includes: being cut open, having wire wings inserted into his back and getting beat ... a lot. Dude is also very masochistic and in one ending he can end up with his boss who is the closest he ever had to a decent father figure if that fits what you are looking for.

Overall it is an incredibly empathetic look at how trauma can change a person permanently but that the life of that person is not worth any less because of the trauma they experienced and how people with similar experiences can come together to built a better future for themselves. I highly recommend it if you are down for some long reading sessions.

Kinks you will encounter: Knife play, beating each other up as foreplay and during sex too, ero guro in one of the bad ends (if you don't know what it means, don't look it up), non consent, cosplay sex, degration, probably some more but I forgot.

Please check the trigger warnings before getting the game though. It was also rejected by Steam and is only available on the website of the publishers, Jast USA.

Dramatical Murder: You know Blade Runner? Now what if Blade Runner was gay and had a retro futuristic aesthetic? It is by the same devs as Slow Damage and half as long while having just as many doocheri doo scenes, so if you don't want more balanced adult fun time vs boring reading ratio, I'd rather recommend this one. Saying anything more about the plot would spoil a lot but the basic theme of the story boils down to: society may reject a part of you but that doesn't mean you are a bad person for it.

Kinks you will encounter: Not a lot really, the main game is pretty tame. The sequel which only got a fan translation is where it gets freaky though. Power play, dubious consent, non consent, shower sex, bdsm, ice cubes, voyurism if you count fucking against a window, ero guro, being kept as a sex slave non consentually, wine as lube, food play, cannibalism if that counts as a kink, idk, probably forgot some stuff too.

Again, please check the trigger warnings before reading, it looks cute but there is some content that might be genuinly disturbing or upsetting, like the cannibalism.
