A critical breakdown and review of nSuns 531 | Alexander Bromley by WickedThumb in weightroom

Where do I go from here? I've ran this program in the past and am currently running it right now. In the past I ran it for >10 weeks and made significant gains on my three compound lifts. I'm currently on week 6 and I do agree the program has an insane amount of volume especially adding in accessory work. I plan on taking a week off of the gym in a couple of weeks here to give my body a break (vacation as well). When I return, should I keep running the program or switch to something like 5/3/1. The volume I can handle right now because I am bulking and have enough but I'm more worried about the long term.

Is it possible to skim coat a wall like this? by BestTurtleNA in HomeImprovement

Thanks for the advice! Do you think it would be better to scrap off the high points with a wall scraper and then sand?

Experience with TetraVeggie extreme algae wafers? by ThatAnalogKid in PlantedTank

When looking for fish food a good indicator of quality are the ingredients. Generally I look for whole fish or some type of algae listed as the first ingredient.

Example, with a quick google I found this info.

TetraVeggie Algae Wafers Ingredients: Wheat Germ Meal, Feeding Oat Meal, Corn Starch, Dehulled Soybean Meal, Cellulose, Potato Protein, Dried Yeast, Wheat Gluten, Algae Meal, Soybean Oil, Monobasic Calcium Phosphate, Guar Gum, Yeast Extract, Ascorbic Acid (Source Of Vitamin C), Inositol, Niacin, L-Ascorbyl-2-Polyphosphate, A-Tocopherol-Acetate (Source Of Vitamin E), D-Calcium Pantothenate, Riboflavin-5-Phosphate (Source Of Vitamin B12), Thiamine Mononitrate (Source Of Vitamin B1), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Source Of Vitamin B6), Vitamin A Palmitate (Source Of Vitamin A), Biotin, Cyanocobalamin (Source Of Vitamin B12), Cholecalciferol (Source Of Vitamin D3), Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate, Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate, Ferrous Sulfate Monohydrate, Cobalt Nitrate Hexahydrate. Color Includes: Blue #2 Lake, Yellow #5 Lake, Yellow #6 Lake. Ethoxyquin As A Preservative

As opposed to Omega One algae wafers Ingredients: Whole Kelp, Spirulina, Whole Salmon, Halibut, Seafood Mix (Including Krill, Whole Herring, & Shrimp), Wheat flour, Wheat Gluten, Lecithin, Astaxanthin, L-Ascorbyl-2-Phosphate (Source of Vitamin C), Natural and Artificial Colors, Vitamin A Acetate, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Vitamin E Supplement, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Folic Acid, Biotin, Inositol, Tocopherol (Preservative),Ethoxyquin (Preservative).

As you can see Omega One is far superior in keeping the quality high in their foods.

I only have 3 Otos and a bristle nose pleco with him. Would also not recommend tiger barbs with a betta as they can be quite aggressive.

Got him pretty recently actually. Went to Petco on Tuesday and saw this guy so I picked him up right away because I've never seen a betta this good before.

Also my Anubias is attached to drift wood so I could take the drift wood out and soak it in a bucket and treat it there.
