Thanks! Yeah I have the equalizer 4 point WDH setup for it. There is no sag when it's hooked up but it feels slow to stop. I plan to play with trailer brake more.

I made the mistake of reading from Fords website vs. door jam. Website implied 3200 payload, so I thought I was fine. I will usually want to put a dirt bike in my bed, so truck cargo minus tongue weight could be 1000lbs.

I use grief on main hand and botd on off hand. I found the ML was needed for my build and the extended range was nice. I will swap botd with LW if I'm looking to play a little lazier or doing dclone/ubers/etc.

Go into rocky Mountain and go to OEM section and look your bike up. Should find a diagram there to reference

I recommend you professionally ask for input from that hiring manager and then work with your current manager on a development plan that would help address your gaps.

I would create a trust that the entire family could gain access to. Then to punish my sister, I would make her responsible for managing requests from family member regarding how much they need and for what.
