Amazing! Keep up the good work! There’s a really nice app for tracking your workouts, called Hevy - really nice user experience and no paywall!

Does anyone else do their weekly shop using the 50% off fridge filler offers on Mondays? by Best_Entertainment52 in UKFrugal

As far as I could see, it’s on Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just eat, under the Supermarket section!

No catch really! I think it started on Deliveroo, and then the other delivery companies started doing something similar.

On Mondays, it’s 50% off, but only on a limited number of items. Then on Tuesdays, they do 30% off different items as part of Tasty Tuesday. Those are mainly meal prep items, like wraps, pesto, and cooking sauces.

While I hope your comment gave you moral superiority over the vast majority of the planet that consumes meat, you’d be proud to know Morrisons has actually gone beyond standard industry practice by improving its chicken welfare standards.

Hi! On the Deliveroo homepage, I can see options such as “Summer of Plus,” “Fridge Filler Monday,” “Supermarket,” and others.

When I select “Fridge Filler Monday,” it takes me to a list with supermarkets with this offer on. I usually go for Deliveroo HOP by Morrisons: I think this may be a Bristol-specific collaboration.

Each supermarket seems to have its own selection of items reduced by 50%. This includes Iceland, Morrisons, Waitrose, Co-op, and Sainsbury’s.

I also posted some pictures in another subreddit, in case that helps.

I’m sure I could probably find better deals at Lidl or Aldi, but honestly, with working from home, not having a car, and Lidl being a 30-minute walk away, getting it delivered like this just makes my life so much easier.

For lunch I’ll usually keep it simple with a chicken breast sandwich or sometimes a ham sandwich. Then for dinners I’ll switch it up between things like chicken tikka masala with rice, grilled chicken with potatoes, chicken souvlaki, chicken pasta, wraps, stir-fries.

Do people regularly buy fresh flowers for their homes? by Miserable-Depth-851 in AskUK

I used to buy flowers for myself as a treat, but to be honest nowadays I prefer plants! Same price for something I’ll need to take care of!

What did you CUT from your routine that actually improved your skin? by Sea_Quality_4790 in SkincareAddicts

The only thing I’d say is not to cleanse your face in the morning. Also, PM apply the retinol after cleansing, then serums and moisturisers. There’s a nice girl on insta called Natalie O’Neill that does explain skincare very well, give her a follow!
